Good baking
takes time.
We take
our time.

We started FLKY because we wanted a bakery we would actually eat from every day. That turned out to be harder to find than it should be.

Small batches, because it is the only way to keep it honest. Baked to order, because bread sitting on a shelf is not worth your money.

We dropped the vowels. Not the butter.
