Terms & conditions
FLKY is a bakery brand operated by Glisco Advisors LLP (CIN AAD-9334), 27K Punjabi Mohalla, Zamrudpur, Greater Kailash 1, New Delhi 110048. FSSAI licence 13323002000363. In these terms, “we” and “FLKY” mean Glisco Advisors LLP, and “you” means the person placing the order.
By placing an order on getflky.com you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not order — call us instead and we will talk it through.
What we sell
Freshly baked food, made in small batches at the address above. Everything is baked to order: nothing sits on a shelf waiting for a buyer, which is why we ask for a night’s notice and why cancellation has a cut-off.
Placing an order
- Orders are placed for a future date you choose at checkout. The earliest is the next baking day.
- We are closed on Tuesdays. Nothing is baked or delivered that day, and the day after a closure is an evening slot because the ovens start from cold.
- An order is confirmed only when payment clears. Until then it is a request, and we may decline it — if a day is fully booked, an item sells out, or the address is outside the area we serve.
- We may cap how much any one day can hold. If a day is full it stops accepting orders.
Prices and tax
- Prices on the menu are in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of GST. GST at 5% is added at checkout on the taxable value.
- Delivery is charged separately and is never discounted by a coupon.
- The price you are shown at checkout is the price we charge. Prices can change at any time, but never after you have paid.
Coupons
A coupon applies to the goods only, not to delivery. Unless its own terms say otherwise, a code is one use per customer, identified by mobile number. We may withdraw a code at any time; a code already applied to a paid order stands.
Payment
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card details. If a payment fails or is not completed, the order is not confirmed and nothing is baked.
Allergens and food safety
Every product lists its ingredients and declared allergens on the menu. Everything is baked in one kitchen that handles wheat, milk, egg, nuts and sesame, including the gluten free range, which is a separate batch on a separate bench rather than a separate building. If you have a serious allergy, message us before ordering and we will tell you straight. We cannot accept liability where a declared allergen was listed and the order was placed anyway.
Delivery
See Delivery for areas, timing and charges. Delivery estimates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or anything else outside our control, but we will always tell you what is happening.

Our content
The FLKY name, the wordmark, the photography and the text on this site belong to Glisco Advisors LLP. Please do not reproduce them.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one on this page on the day you order, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
