Privacy policy
This explains what FLKY collects when you order, why, and who else sees it. The controller is Glisco Advisors LLP (CIN AAD-9334), 27K Punjabi Mohalla, Zamrudpur, Greater Kailash 1, New Delhi 110048. Questions go to kitchens@glisco.in.
What we collect
- To bake and deliver your order — your name, mobile number, email if you give one, delivery address, landmark and pincode, and any note you add.
- The order itself — what you bought, when it was baked, what you paid.
- Nothing about payment. Card and UPI details go directly to Razorpay. We never see or store them.
We do not run advertising trackers on this site and we do not build profiles for advertising.
Why we hold it
To bake the right thing, bring it to the right door, take payment, answer the phone when you call about an order, and meet our obligations as a food business. Your number is how we reach you if something is wrong with the order — that is its main purpose.
Who else sees it
- Razorpay — to take the payment.
- Our delivery riders — your name, address and number, so they can find you.
- Our own team tools — new orders raise an alert in our internal systems so the kitchen sees them. Those are our own accounts, not public.
- Nobody else. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing.
Across Glisco brands
FLKY is one of several brands run by Glisco Kitchens out of the same kitchens. Your customer record is shared across those brands, so if you have ordered from another Glisco brand you may be recognised here. Your order history stays attached to the brand you bought from.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as we need them for accounting and tax. Contact details are kept while you are a customer. Ask us to delete what is not legally required and we will.
Your choices
Write to kitchens@glisco.in to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. If you would rather we did not message you about anything other than an order in progress, say so and we will stop.
What this site stores in your browser
Your basket is kept in your own browser’s local storage so it survives a reload. It never leaves your device until you place the order. There are no advertising cookies.
